1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please email us immediately at shikharacoffee@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or tampered.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired or unusable upon delivery.

In any of these cases:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs as proof.
  • Email the details to: shikharacoffee@gmail.com

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you opted for a replacement, it will be shipped free of cost.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather conditions
  • Incorrect address provided at the time of order
  • Products consumed/used partially or fully
