1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel your order, please email us immediately at shikharacoffee@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or tampered.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is expired or unusable upon delivery.
In any of these cases:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs as proof.

3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you opted for a replacement, it will be shipped free of cost.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather conditions
- Incorrect address provided at the time of order
- Products consumed/used partially or fully
