At Shikhara Coffee, we take great care to ensure your freshly packed coffee reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to most pin codes via reliable delivery partners.
  • If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and refund your order in full.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer due to logistics constraints.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

5. Delays

  • While we work with trusted courier services, delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • We are not liable for such delays, but we’ll assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your package is damaged or tampered with on delivery, do not accept the package.
  • If the order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours.
