At Shikhara Coffee, we take great care to ensure your freshly packed coffee reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India to most pin codes via reliable delivery partners.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and refund your order in full.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer due to logistics constraints.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
5. Delays
- While we work with trusted courier services, delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- We are not liable for such delays, but we’ll assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your package is damaged or tampered with on delivery, do not accept the package.
- If the order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours.
